1. Sawdust Material.

Vietnam is one of the largest manufacturing and exporting wood products to global market. Thus the milions tons of sawdust and scraps are rejected ( get out during the production. 2. Sawdust Charcoal Process. 

2.1 Compressing the sawdust stick

Sawdust will be filtered  and separated from solid waste such as iron, gravel, metal, platstic to get pure sawdust, wood powder materials. After drying  processing, the moistire is less than 5%.
Sawdust feed to wood pressing machinaries which operated based on screw extruder with ( 250 - 300) outside mold to press wood sticks. 
The wood sticks have avarage a length of 45 cm, a diameter of 5.5 cm, and a 1 cm inner hole. They have  weight 1.1 kg - 1.2 kg, it formed 2 shape  hexagonal and square.The hardness of wood sticks make contribute to decide the quality of charcoal. 
The wood sticks are tidy arranged in blocks in a carbonization furnaces, these furnaces are special because of builting by hand with brick, young clay and molasses .  They are designed to stand the high heating over 1000 degrees Celsius. 

2.2: Carbonizing process

The first carbonization period reach 350 ( like black charcoal making) , the second period is high temperature active up to 700 - 800( likely similar to binchotan). Total time is 15 days. The quality of sawdust charcoal products is continuously improved by R&D. The skills of technicians are continuously improved. All above especial technique create the premium class charcoal with feature: high heat,( 7500 kcal/kg) , stable burning ( no spark, no broken), low ash ( under 5%)  long burning time ( 5 - 7 hours), good for BBQ and heating.
